5 Stars – A Comfortable & Convenient Place to Live! I love living at Colony Park Apartments in Wichita Falls. The location is excellent—just minutes from Midwestern State University, shops, and parks. The property offers terrific amenities like a pool, fitness center, and basketball court, all included in the rent. Inside my renovated unit, the layout is spacious and modern.
