The location is excellent—just minutes from Midwestern State University, shops, and parks. The property offers terrific amenities like a pool, fitness center, and basketball court, all included in the rent. Inside my renovated unit, the layout is spacious and modern. Love the office staff! Everyone is so welcoming. They get to know and care for their residents. Everyone in the office knows your name and ask how things are going. When you have questions or anything, they are quick to respond and are willing to help! I enjoy it here! (Johanna Barnett)

I just helped my daughter move into her new apartment last week. And she loves it here! This is her first place on her own and the office staff went above and beyond to help her out. Brittany in the office is professional and very kind. It's obvious she cares about the residents and loves her job. I can't recommend them enough.
